Do I need to make reservation or can we just walk-in?
We highly recommend a reservation. Reservations guarantee a spot on our tour and are highly encouraged as we aren’t often able to accommodate walk-ins.
What is your refund policy?
Please note, our cancellation policy. We offer cancellation insurance at checkout. This cancellation policy only applies to bookings that have opted in for cancellation insurance. Without cancellation insurance, a booking is allowed to reschedule their tour at least 24 hours prior to their tour time but will not be eligible to receive a refund of any kind.
What is the Cancellation Insurance policy?
If you buy Cancellation Insurance refunds will be given for any cancellations 24 hours or more prior to tour time. No questions asked. Refunds will not include any booking fees or cancellation insurance. To cancel or reschedule your tour, please call 615-244-055 (ext. 0).
What if there’s inclement weather?
Our tours operate rain or shine. We do provide ponchos. If we do have to cancel your tour due to unsafe weather conditions, we will allow you to reschedule (pending availability) or receive a refund.
Where do we meet you for our tour?
All of our tours start and end at our tour headquarters. The address is 217 6th Avenue North, Nashville, TN. 37219. We are on the same street as the Hermitage Hotel.
What is the minimum age requirement?
All minors need to be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my dog?
Only service dogs please.
Are tours handicapped accessible?
Our tour is planned for walking but most of downtown is wheelchair accessible. We will make an effort to accommodate those in wheelchairs. Some places on our tour may have obstacles such as cracks in the concrete and construction so this may present some challenges but we will make an effort to adjust wherever possible.
Is the tour suitable for all fitness levels?
Our tour route follows city sidewalks and alleys with some hills. We keep a relaxed pace with frequent stops but participants should be able to walk a mile and a half without much difficulty.

Do we make stops or breaks?
Yes, we do take periodic breaks to rest and also for picture taking.
What do we need to wear?
We encourage everyone to wear comfortable clothing and comfortable walking shoes as you’ll be on your feet for the duration of the tour. Please dress for the weather!
Can I bring a camera?
Yes, there are many opportunities for pictures.

Do tour guides accept tips?
Our guides do accept tips and they are greatly appreciated. Tipping is left up to your individual discretion, but as a general practice, 15% – 20% of the tour cost is the common gratuity in Nashville. Again, all tips are greatly appreciated.
